The URI's should dereference via the CSIRO SISSvoc service by anchoring them to the 2012 time scale with requests like this:

			URIs identify the ages and are associated with colors through sld rules. 			Majority of colours as defined by the OneGeology-Europe project and adopted by INSPIRE.  Where no INSPIRE recommended colour exists for the lithology, colours creatively adapted from Moyer,Hasting and Raines, 2005 (http://pubs.usgs.gov/of/2005/1314/of2005-1314.pdf) which provides xls spreadsheets for various color schemes. Most of the colors come from lithclass 6.1 and 6.2 (see http://www.nadm-geo.org/dmdt/pdf/lithclass61.pdf for lithclass 6.1) plus some creative entries to fill missing entries.		
			The list of terms is from the CGI IWG Concept Definition Task Group (http://resource.geosciml.org/classifierscheme/cgi/201211/simplelithology) which uses text token URIs. This SLD assumes that a GeoSciML portrayal GeologicUnitView is the context node.
			2015-10-07 updated to add INSPIRE lithology URIs mapped to CGI URIs, also additions for spelling mistakes on alkali-olivine basalt, phonolilte, and high_magnesium rocks (should be rock).
